Grief is what we feel when someone that we love, someone important or special to us, dies.
Every person experiences grief differently. There is no ‘normal’ or ‘right’ way to grieve.

Grief is a natural process. Most people will cope with help and support from family and friends. For those who need additional specialist help, we offer free confidential support for adults and children. Help can be provided by telephone, email or face-to-face.
